This is Huna wisdom teaching. The history of this is based on tribes not warring and seeking other than, and this is what they would say and do instead. It is a chant.

You can also direct it at yourself, and all your parts or aspects, esp the warrior parts (young or old).

You chant this over and over until you know you are done. And...you will know.

Aloha. I love you.

Mahalo. Thank you.

I have regret or I am sorry.
(Lo siento for people who do not like saying "I am sorry" - you can say I apologize too)

Please forgive me.

I forgive you.

I love you...honoring your higher intent for me.

Thank you...for the lessons.

I have regret (or I am sorry)...for not understanding.
Please forgive me.

I forgive you...for your _____________________ (perhaps ignorance, or playing the part I scripted for you so well!)

Ps I may have posted this somewhere before  :-*

Thanks for this, nice. And useful if there's been a wrongdoing of some sort. I have to say my previous Catholic training (childhood, rejected) perked up its ears, since we were trained to ask for forgiveness just for existing. Once that subsided, it reminded me of EFT.

Very nice.
