Starting from a Seth engine search for "amnesia", I zeroed on the session #45, that I found very informative.

This is what I generously highlighted from it:

Although I don't always write it explicitly, it should be inferred that everything I post is "my belief", "my opinion" on that subject, at that moment.

Thanks for highlighting this session. My understaning of the "basic inner universe" is the universe of consciousness. That is the oly real universe. Does it mean that the stars and galaxies could disappear tomorrow?

Here is a fuller quote from that session:

"In our sessions to some small degree you plunge into this ocean of value climate, and to the extent that you are able to divest yourselves of the clothes of camouflage, to that extent can you truly be aware of this climate. What is required is more than a divesting of clothes however. To plunge into this ocean you also leave the physical body at the shore. It will be there when you get back. Your camouflage patterns can be likened to the patterns cast by sun and shadow upon the ever-moving waves. As long as you keep the pattern in mind, you create it, and it is there." (from "The Early Sessions: Book 2 of The Seth Material" by Jane Roberts, Robert Butts)

Seth is saying that one's physical body is "camouflage".

Thanks inavalan for gathering all the information in the spoiler and for your contribution Sena.

Jane and Rob seemed to practice psy time quit a bit and kept journals devoted to their experiences. It seems like a valuable practice akin to daily meditation. I guess in a way it could be considered a form of meditation.

I'd also like to know more about this: "At a future date I do want to go into a discussion of animal fragmentation. The idea that animals are sacred is not as farfetched as it may sound." I need to do a search on that.

There are also other interesting subjects, besides "animal fragments", discussed in the Sessions 581 and 582.

Thank you, I'm all over it.

Once you get somewhat acquainted with the Seth material, I find that the best way to use it isn't to read it through, but to intuitively choose a concept, then search for it (https://nowdictation.com/) in several ways. Browse the results, intuitively pick whichever attract your attention, and go deeper through those few sessions.

Lol, I'm pretty familiar with the Seth materials, and Chris's search engine is an invaluable tool.

One of my intentions with this forum, early on, was to collect all the bits of information scattered throughout the books on specific topics ("Seth On") since the db works well here, but Chris's search engine saved me the effort.

My next big ambition is to make a massive db of every session in full, published or not, so that I can read them in chron order. I just need to make the time to do it.
