Here's a woman who makes a living studying the nature of reality, OBEs, more. She had her first OBE when she was about 8, viewing her uncle in a hospital bed right after he'd had bladder surgery. No one knew about the surgery other than his wife.
She (https://www.conscioustech.com/nanci) holds a Masters in Research Methods in Psychology. Is it just me, or does she look
amazing for someone who is almost 60? I need to get out of this body more often... lol.
Cool for me, she talks about a sensation of strong vibration in the body associated with OBEs. I've experienced that myself.
Quote from: Deb (https://speakingofseth.com/index.php?msg=627#msg627)I started to feel my hands vibrating very strongly, an odd but not frightening sensation. The feeling made its way up my arms, to my shoulders. I remember thinking, "I remember this, I've done this before." It felt so familiar. It seemed to be a precursor to a full OBE. I was told by the person standing over me, to my right, that I needed to wake up right then so I could remember the experience.
Uses for OBEs: http://www.paradigmshiftmagazine.com/Issue18sample.pdf and in the video she addresses that at about 15:00.
Her TEDx talk (in English, with a fairly heavy Portuguese accent): https://youtu.be/NMBNZspmn7I
Thanks for that Deb.
Good stuff. No mention of Monroe's work, but I wonder how the scientific community viewed him and his processes.
