How can Grace be understood without guilt? Does Seth mention Grace and guilt together? Also-what are Seths views on guidance. Do we get guidance solely from our inner selves without any "outside" agency or is there ever "divine" guidance? Thank you

Can you explain what grace is to you? The reason I ask is that growing up in a Catholic family, grace was defined as God's unconditional love and mercy for us, which always confused me because I was also told I had to be impossibly perfect, born a sinner and would end up in hell if I didn't do what God wanted. So a contradiction for sure.
That aside, Seth had a lot to say about guilt, natural guilt vs. unnatural guilt, and guilt and grace. Seth seems to define grace as a balance (or symbiosis) of body, mind and soul, a state of harmony:

As far as divine guidance, I have not read all of the books but I have read quite a few, and I have not come across anything like that. As far as I've read, we, if we allow or pay attention to it, have access to guidance and answers from our (higher) selves/oversouls/entities, by following our own intuitions. But many people ignore their intuitions and of course we also have free will, so not everyone takes advantage of the guidance afforded us. Personally my interpretation is that All That Is, or God some would call it, is supportive of us but also does not interfere. As Seth himself told Jane, Rob, others: He would answer questions asked, but it is up to us to find our own way. That's the only way we will learn.

Ive never viewed grace from the mainstream Christian view because ive never been mainstream christian. I have read the bible and i have a different interpretation then most churches. Especially concerning Christ. I believe Grace is an integral part of love that sees beauty in everything including guilt. Many people feel guilty in this world and are constantly kicking themselves for the most minute things. Its a great panacea knowing there is grace/ mercy. But if guilt is an illusion then what is the need for grace to assuage the guilt? This all stems from me trying to grasp our oneness with All that is. Its kind of difficult to explain where im coming from. Im trying to apply Seths ideas to my established ideas that i havent discarded- until revealed otherwise. Take care!
