@Cosmic

What you are describing is that time is an illusion. There is only now: All past, present and future are now.

What I am describing is more closely aligned with "You define your reality" with what you think and believe.

I am intrigued by your dreams though.  How often do you experince that?

Quote from: Mik on January 15, 2024, 01:55:33 PMI have successfully 'bent time' many times. Mostly when driving long distances. It seems a skill separate to my psychic abilities. But I suspect the same openness to  "Anything Is Possible"  helps signnificantly.

It also usually happens when I feel it is "Really Important" to be there on time. (But I can be a bit obsessive about being on time.)

I ran a business (a form of Night Club entertainment) that often required me to be in 1 city 1 day, and another hundreds of miles away, the next. Being late sometimes would have had significant negative consequences to both my client and myself. Being late was never an option. (In 14 years I never was late, or, more than 10 minutes past my intended time, no matter how late I started.)

I had it happen once before I was an open practicing psychic (Age 18, was not driving anywhere). But meeting that deadline was extremely important to me. Only after I bent well over a half an hour into 3 minutes did I become aware of the anomaly. But, I wrote it off as impossible at that young age, so refused to seriously look at it; although I felt it saved my butt.

I am no longer a practicing open psychic. (I found better sources of information.) But when conditions are right bending time still happens.

For me personally:
   1) 'Really wanting it-
        (Intending a very specific
time, then focus only on that.)',
    and, 2) 'NEVER considering if
        it is possible or not';
are the tools I use to intentionally,  and more often unintentionally, do it.

(Sounds like your adventure met the second condition without question.)

It's fascinating how your life circumstances forced you to explore concepts of time!

I haven't explored it so much in my physical reality, although you have piqued my interest.

I seemed to have explored it in the dream state though. I've had many dreams that involve past present and future in a very psychic manner (as it turned out) and rolled into one dream. But I guess those things happen naturally in the dream state.

Thank you I will explore it some more.

"When I speak of All That Is, you must understand my position within it.  All That Is knows no other.  This does not mean that there may not be more to know.  It does not mean, and here words quite fail us, it does not mean that All That Is, in any terms that we can conceive of, may not be limited.  It knows of no other.

It does not know whether or not others like it may exist.  It is not aware of them if they do exist.  It is constantly searching.  It knows that something existed before its own primary dilemma, when it could not express itself.

It is then conceivable that it has itself evolved, in your terms, so long ago that it has forgotten its origin, that it has developed from still another primary which has, in your terms, since gone its own way.  So there are answers that I cannot give you, for they are not anywhere known in the system in which we have our existence.

We do know that within this system, this overall system now, of our All That Is, that creation continues and developments are never still. Therefore we can deduce that on still other levels of which we are unaware, the same is true."

Quote from: Bora137 on January 15, 2024, 04:54:04 PMLove that video. It's terrifying and beyond fantastic. I often think of the awareness that is me, that impossible experiencer of everything I live as a fragment of the void. Is ATI other than the void?

The possibility of an insane universe if actuality had not been achieved is difficult to come to terms with. I hope no ATIs exist in that state.

Thanks Cosmic, welcome to this space 🙂

It's my pleasure Bora137 and thank you for welcoming me  :)

Agreed, it's so profound.

You can run searches on the Seth search engine. It is very powerful even if you run only simple queries.

For example, this is quite a meaty quote:

"Cellular memory can be changed at any point. Present beliefs can insert into the past new memory, both psychologically and physically. The future is in no way predetermined on basic levels. This does not mean that the future cannot be predicted sometimes, for in practical terms you will often continue with certain lines of probability which can be seen 'ahead of time.'"

I would also like to know as it might help me with constantly running late  :D

Seth speaks about time as a collective reference point and I'm sure he's mentioned this but we also run a different (physical) time; the way we always seem to be at the 'right' place and the 'right' time.

I once was lost and without a road map (before the GPS era). I had to be somewhere by 4pm. I decided to wing it and allow my intuition to take me there. After turning down many unknown roads, surroundings started to look familiar. I managed to get to my destination right at 4pm. I have no idea if I manipulated time but it was interesting to see how events unfolded.

Maybe it has something to do with working intuitively rather than being solely focused on physical time? Not sure but I would also love to read what Seth said about it.

Quote from: Deb on January 14, 2024, 08:55:57 AMHi @Cosmic, welcome to the forum. Yes, you did everything fine.  ;D

I always thought The Birth of All This Is (BTW nice YT link, I'd not seen that one before) was incredibly clear and it is internally visual for me. I can just about see this consciousness slowly waking and becoming aware, like an eye opening for the first time. It's more believable to me than science and religious explanations of the "beginning."

Hi Deb,
Thank you very much for the warm welcome  :)
It's so moving isn't it?! The "consciousness slowly waking up" is eloquently described.
Seth's description here touches on how we are experiencing this explosion of energy on a minute level at every moment of manifestation.

I can ponder on this for hours!  ;D
