Hi All,

Whenever Seth communicated with Rob or Jane, he typically referred to them as either "Joseph" or "Ruburt". In fact, he did this so often that whenever I'm reading any of the  various Seth books, I tend to completely overlook this fact and I just automatically associate Joseph and Ruburt, with Rob and Jane. They become one and the same to me.

However, Seth had some really interesting things to say about Joseph and Ruburt and they really aren't the same as Rob and Jane.

I've found 3 separate sessions, where Seth really goes into some detail about Joseph and Ruburt. The first of these sessions, is quite literally the first Seth session, Session 4 (TES1).  In another session, S444 (TES9), the session itself had to do with Jane, who had recently suddenly realized that she was speaking as "Ruburt" which was quite interesting in itself. Then, in the last session, S507 (TES9), Rob askedg Seth to comment upon an oil painting that Rob had made. For those of you who have the book, "The Seth Material" with the photographs in it, this is the photograph where Rob and Jane are standing beneath a painting of what kind of looks like Rob and Jane but is a painting of 2 men.

In these 3 sessions, not only does Seth make it very clear, what he means by the term, "the whole self", he also makes it clear, what's the difference is between Rob & Jane, and their whole selves, their relationship to Seth, and even their relationship to Seth 2. He also talks about the differences between the whole self and the entity.

There are several other interesting things that Seth says here, such as, where he mentions that the whole self is the "blueprint" and where he mentions that the whole self is what some would call the "guardian angel".  I'll capture some of the interesting things that Seth has to say here on this topic in the following 3 spoilers.
