One of my favorite shows on Outer Limits was the one where there was an energy being seemingly trapped in a room. And the movie Mission to Mars has an energy being at the end. And the movie The Abyss has many energy beings looking like water angels. There is a tube of water that extends itself into their ship with a face to mirror the faces around it--WOW-- Now that is what we are like. We are faces of the ocean extending ourselves further into the ocean. And all these beings are so benevolent. That's why I like the book Hands of Light. There are many pictures in this book of what we look like out of these bodies.
We are such intelligent creatures that we know how to build these bodies constantly.  Remember the pages where Seth says we know how to tighten up the energy we are by taking it apart, then projecting it into these baby bodies? Highly confusing. So there is an energy being that has these thoughts, and we are one of these thoughts being born into a babies body? And that is why Seth says we are offshoots? So is it the first thought that this energy being has that is the point of light at the 12th level that starts us off? I mean if one thought starts the process.....then isn't this one thought small enough to enter a babies body without discombobulating itself? I have got to find these particular pages in a Seth book and come back with that.

QuoteWe are faces of the ocean extending ourselves further into the ocean.

You remind me here of an a-ha moment I had several years ago. I was on vacation and sitting alone on a beach, looking out at the ocean. It occurred to me that I could see nothing but my view of the beach water and sky, yet I knew there was a whole other world of life below the surface of the ocean. I just couldn't see it from my location-- on land. It made me realize how limited my perspective is if I only depend on my five senses for "proof" of what exists.

Was Seth talking about us as individuals, or our greater self or entity projecting itself into a new life? I don't think I've read what you're talking about here, but I haven't read all of the Seth books yet. I'd love to know where I can find that, so yes, please update when you find which book/session it came from.

Also: I'm thinking of moving some of these topics out of the "Welcome" board and into "Discussions" to make it easier for people to find them.
