Physical traits tied to geographical ancestry. Why? What's Seth's explanation?

I wonder if Seth has talked about why people with dominant ancestry from each continent have similar skin color, facial, and other physical characteristics, while obviously different between continents. How did it happen? Seth says evolution is not a real thing.

And why so many quite different languages?

hi,

I searched quick at findingseth:

Thank you  :)

It doesn't help that Seth uses race both for the human race, and for the various groups (probably in terms of competition too).

This is a quote that drew my attention:
Quote"So there are inner psychic "races" to which you belong, or psychic stocks, so to speak, each providing physical variations."

Hi inavalan, Hi All,

Inavalan, those are some very interesting questions.

As far as Seth and the "races" of man, for me, two Seth comments come to mind.

The first one, in "Seth Speaks", Chapter 15, Session 562, Seth said:

(9:28.) On your planet they were involved in three particular civilizations long before the time of Atlantis; when, in fact, your planet itself was in a somewhat different position.

One of these 3 civilizations was the Lumanians. The Lumanians ended up breeding with the cave man that also existed on Earth at that time.  For some time now, I've been wondering if the descendants of this breeding between Lumanians and cave men was the start of one or more of the human races that seem to exist today.

Along with this, the second one, also in "Seth Speaks", Appendix, Session 558, Seth, in talking about the messages of the "Speakers", said the following:

These were codes of ethics. They originated from the time of Atlantis. Before that, these codes were given by a race from another star. This race had to do with the origin of Atlantis."

I have often wondered what Seth actually meant by this last sentence, "This race had to do with the origin of Atlantis". Did he mean that this race from another star, just helped out the Earthlings or perhaps did they also breed with them. Kind of like how, and why Ma-ah, the earthling, and Sumpter, the space alien, did in Jane's book, "The Education of Oversoul Seven".

Any time I've seen Seth refer to "race" he's meant, I think, a civilization such as the "human race." I haven't read ALL of the books yet, but I've often wondered why people from different places on the planet look different. In some cases I think it has to due with climate and the body's ability to adjust in order to maintain optimum health, but that doesn't explain everything. Also, the multitude of languages has always perplexed me. Seth says we communicate psychically anyway, and that it's the basis of our languages, so what's the point of having so many languages?

This Seth quote about "the race will not endure" was a bit disturbing to me, as my perspective comes from the physical. The use of the words "as such" makes it less disturbing, because it then sounds like it can not endure as it currently is, change is inevitable rather than extinction.

"(Intently:) I am saying that the individual self must become consciously aware of far more reality; that it must allow its recognition of identity to expand so that it includes previously unconscious knowledge. To do this you must understand, again, that man must move beyond the concepts of one god, one self, one body, one world, as these ideas are currently understood.5 You are now poised, in your terms, upon a threshold from which the race can go many ways. There are species of consciousness. Your species is in a time of change. There are potentials within the body's mechanisms, in your terms, not as yet used. Developed, they can immeasurably enrich the race, and bring it to levels of spiritual and psychic and physical fulfillment. If some changes are not made, the race as such will not endure.

(11:26.) This does not mean that you will not endure, or that in another probability the race will not — but that in your terms of historical sequence, the race will not endure."

@Deb

I actually understand that "you" as entity will go on, as your entity isn't tied to this race. The "human race" will also move on in some probability, because there are choices to be made, thoughts that are thought.

But:
Quote"If some changes are not made, the race as such will not endure."
—UR1 Section 1: Session 687 March 4, 1974
sounds like a warning (to me).

Good find!

Yes, but it's more of a "you can never go home" nostalgic feeling for me. Maybe that feeling will be different from a F2 perspective. Even with all the problems in the world, I do have a lot of affection for our civilization. It's always changing in some ways, but then in a lot of the old sessions Seth mentions things going on at that time that still have not improved. As he said, we move along in our typical donkey-slow pace.
