Such a great question! Such a brief answer ... To me it seems clear, but is it?

All problems affect you personally. The community in which you live is a community which you have constructed personally. It is the en masse production that you have constructed.
Although I don't always write it explicitly, it should be inferred that everything I post is "my belief", "my opinion" on that subject, at that moment.

Yep good question Theodore. Maybe the key to Seth's answer is "community." I may be affected by mass events that take place within my immediately and extended communities, but when things happen in communities I'm not a part of I most likely will not even know about them. At least on a conscious level. Certainly the instantaneous nature of the internet has extended our awareness of distant events, but not everything makes the news.

Maaan ... who's "you" here? I'd say this is about every single personality. So, your experience doesn't depend on others, except if you let it.

The you is the you of the flesh,  bringing a spiritual life into physical form. Bring joy, wonder and abundance into the frame work of your universe.

Also, I have changed the 1980's more times than I care to admit! lol

I have updated the mind map in here of that decade it now is something entirely different.

I am sure as my eternal power of change and creativity flows, it will be updated surely again.

I think cd 40 would apply to who does or doesnt get to affect you.
