I listened to today's presentation while I was scanning a bunch of documents. I really like Dr. Hsu, he's done a lot of good helping people through Seth's teachings. This stuck out to me today, since we talked about covid so much:

Around 21 minutes:

"Pandemic of fear" People are sick from fear.
His best advice:
1. Change your belief to "I live in a Safe Universe"
2. Refuse to take what you see, what you hear, from the news, from internet, refuse to take it as your main/primary reality. When you feel afraid, stop watching the news, turn off your mobile phone, or your computer. And then open your eyes, let your eyes enjoy whatever is around you. Houses, the trees, anything in your reality. Also open your ears. And see, is there really any danger around you? In here and now. Look around and ask yourself, "Am I safe in the moment of now, or not?" You must also allow all of your emotions and feelings to flow. Do not do too much overly positive thinking. In NoPR Seth mentioned too much positive thinking is like hiding the negative emotions and feelings under a rug. You should constantly face your negative feelings and emotions.
