I wonder if consulting the "I Ching", a.k.a. "The book of changes" falls under this topic, because of the "altered states" ...

This is a drawing for Nov. 5th, 2022. The attached interpretation is from R. L. Wing's "The I Ching Workbook", which i found to be the best for me.
