Hi everyone! I would like to know if anyone has had experience with changing the past by changing a certain memory. I have been attempting to do this, but unfortunately have had some doubts. The memory I am trying to alter is of something that took place years ago, so I don't remember details, just the general gist of what happened. I have created a new memory to put in its place, but I have been imagining the new memory in the same way -- not very detailed, just the general gist with it going another way than the original. I have no problem believing that the new memory is what actually took place, it's just that I feel like I'm doing the process "wrong" for some reason  :-\  Does the new memory really have to be vivid and detailed for this to work? Any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated.

One thing that has worked for me is making a time line from old photographs.  When you get to a picture that makes you uneasy you work with that emotion.  It's not so much replacing a memory but smoothing out an emotional reaction.

And it's a matter of Faith.  You can't measure the change.  Sometimes when I wake up I realize I've jumped Timelines.  Tho logically you know you are in the same place, it FEELS like you are on vacation.  Then it takes about 3 days for the body to adjust to the jump.

I also take "emotional snapshots" of my life.  I'll just absorb the moment so that I will have something to compare after I've shifted.  I know I'm not in the same old place when I realize I have had an unexplained  different reaction to someone/something.
Then after than I can't put enough glue on that person to make them stick in my life anymore.

Good luck!   :)

Wow, this is right up Bruce Lipton’s alley. We store memories by repeating a thought or action until it gets etched into our mind OR a one-time event that had a lot of strong emotion attached to it at the time of the event. Either way, they go into our subconscious mind and become automatic. The more we think about a bad memory, the more we enforce it. That’s the main reason psychiatry doesn’t work. Both Bruce and Joe Dispenza recommend bringing brain wave activity down to the theta or delta state to change memories or beliefs. Meditation is great for this; the quieting of the mind and low sensory input slow down the brain waves. Then you think about what you want to change, think about what you want to replace it with—feeling as much emotion and enthusiasm you can muster as you imagine the new scenario being “real.” I’ve never actually tried doing this with memories, but am actively working on the belief part. Joe has some meditation mp3s to help with this, if you can get past his endless “space inside of spacccccceeeeee” schtick. But it does serve a purpose and it makes sense if you hear him explain the logic behind what he’s doing.

But all of that aside, I wouldn't think a clear memory of the incident is necessary as much as observing the emotions you feel when your thoughts to toward the memory.

And I'm still not sure whether, if we change a memory, we will know that we did it, because the original memory would be gone. Maybe your memory of your memory is tattered because you've already changed some of it.  :o

One thing that has worked for me is making a time line from old photographs.

What a clever idea! I'll have to take a look at some old photos just to see what my emotional reactions are. Very clever.

I could be wrong on this, but this topic comes up a bit with Seth, Kryon and others.
I forget half of what they said.

But I get the impression that when change a past or future event, we create a new parallel event or probability, a new timeline that is. From the oversouls point of view, all choices are made / experienced, each equally valid.

i could be off on this, but that is my current feeling, but I have more to explore on this topic. I'm usually peering into my near probable future, or other lifetimes, rather than my own immediate past, which doesn't interest me a whole lot.

If I have a BAD experience, I tend to change my associations, or FEELINGS around it, rather than have any intention of changing the event itself. Of course this could be semantics, maybe it's the same process in different words?

Dolores Cannon has some great UTubes out there on how this planet is shifting and fracturing into parallel Earths.

Jumping Timelines is my latest hobby.  When I was very small I was picking up on a lot of End of the World dreams.  Influenced I'm sure on all that Dropping the Bomb Shit of the early 50's.  I do believe that I've shifted myself to an alternate reality where that isn't going to happen.  I didn't have the PUSH to do it though until I became a mom and I wanted a different world for them.

I believe you know you have jumped a timeline when you wake up and things just don't feel familiar tho logically you know where you are.  When this happens it take about 3 days for my body to process.   I'm at the point where people from my past, IF I see them, do not feel familiar and I know it will be the last time I ever see them.

Here is a small example.  I don't do a lot of ritual but I always do Candlemass on Feb 2, the pagan Groundhogs Day.  You make out a Mission Statement for the coming year as you align your Intentions with the Flow of the Seasons.  It always works.  Last week I had quite the crowd join me in my place and in spirit.  It was pretty powerful.
That morning I had finished some power earrings for a friend with turquoise and mammoth bone beads.  I can not find them anywhere.  What I'm picking up is that the power earrings before the Candlemass no longer hold the vibration of where I am at now post Candlemass.  So I'm making new ones today with higher potency.

I find this topic intruguing.

For so long creating my own reality was so focussed on the future and how I can change my tomorrows for the better. I think many who walk down this path feel the past is stuck and only the future is maleable.

It raises some deep metaphysical questions, for me at least. Changing a memory is one thing, but the whole butterfly effect is what is fascinating. If I change a memory, then do all the people that I've met, and experiences I've had that followed from that past, disappear? New thoughts appear, without me even being aware of the change? What about bigger things? For example, I created a vision of a studio, it became a large building in my backyard. Could I 'unbuild' something of that magnitude? Wake up tomorrow and its not there? Or could I redesign it? Add a room, a few extra square meters?

The implications in the medical field are great. Imagine you broke your arm. Then go into the past and recreate the memory and there is no injury written into your body or psyche. Particularly in the field of psychology. Removing memories that led to certain phobias or addictions.

I know Seth has said that both future and past are variable, and the present is the point of power.

These might be extreme examples but we can't have it both ways. Its all or nothing, imo.

I watched Project Almanac on the weekend. Covers the topic of time travel into the past, and its repercussions on the present. Similar to Butterfly Effect, from a few years back, but with more tech.

Yeah that Matrix Energetics book I'm reading talks about that.  Not healing, but going back to the bodies energetic blueprint from before the accident / disease before it existed.
Don't know if their method has been adapted to people born with particular conditions though.

I  agree that the Point of Power is the NOW.

To Change the Past I focus on where I am now.  Sometimes that means letting go of one's Programming.  Giving yourself permission to be happy/different.  Then when you meet up with the Programmers whether a concept or person you no longer resonate with them.  You know longer share that old past.

Ive drastically altered my appearance by giving myself a different outcome to old relationships.  I have a photo of me at 17 which was my Fork in the Road.  I go back: to that young woman and imagine a different outcome.  Now the people and influences  from that time line have NO connection with me at all now as if the  connection never existed.

The revised version of my outcome gave me a "new face".  There is one version of my life where I'm a sweet plump cookie grandma still married to my Midwestern high school sweet heart.  In this life I'm living out west and look about 20 years younger than my age and living a life TOTALLY unexpected from the one I imagined at 17.

I logically "know" all of this but it's the emotional association that work the magic.

We are at a major Fork in the Road.  Dreams are all about Reality going through a prism separating into color bands of vibration.

I don't have a TV and stay just enough aware of what's going on in the news.  Rather than indulging in elections I focus on my own contentment and feelings of safety.

Now I totally get that I may be in my own little Wonderland, but this is how I deal with these things.

I  became aware over the last 5 years that I was caught in a reincarnational cycle with a group of people because of the intensity of sacrificial rituals in several past lives.  It's not a concept I wanted to embrace but finally accepted.

For New Years I created a Release Ritual.  I've been making paper mache bowls.  I took one that dried out of shape.  On slips of paper I wrote all the associations/memories related to this issue and glued them to the bowl, set it on foil and burned it.  This left "cremation ashes" which I wrapped in the foil and threw in the dumpster.  Slips of paper put in an envelope and then burned works as well.

What I "got" afterward was that by eliminating those memories it's as if they never existed for me in this present reality.  My stress level dropped dramatically and my relationships with these people also changed.  I didn't heal the relationships I eliminated their past.  So Dark Rituals involving these people never happened.

The theory I'm working on is that rituals were not done in 1700 France that were connected to this circle because I changed my present.  Those rituals, if you research, had a significant influence in the Real World of our present day politics because of their influence on the French kings back then.  So, in theory, some of the BS in our politics has been altered....????

This also cleared up a health issue that was ties to all this drama.  I DID NOT heal myself, I  shifted myself to a Reality where there had never been a health issue.  What should have landed me in ER was totally not there 2 days later.

BethAnne you're an extremely interesting person, I'm so glad you found the forum. Or it found you.  :)

I think I need to do some burning myself today. I used to have a similar ritual in that I would write something troubling into a journal (or a letter to someone that I couldn't mail, such as if they were dead), and then burn it to release the message and energy into the ethers. I haven't done that in a very long time. Today would be a very good day for be to try it again.

I think she's gotta be what like 60+? So I'm calling her my elder.  An old wise elder. But probably young in mind/spirit.

I read some books a couple years back on people who underwent past-life regression hypnosis using her methods. Several books, interesting reading.
and then last year I went to someone who used the Dolores method and it was pretty interesting, recalled details from 3 different lifetimes.
A particular life in China, my youngest sister was my illegitimate daughter in that lifetime, which explains why I've always felt so close and protective over her in this lifetime, more so than my other two siblings, whom I also love dearly, but don't have that same feeling-tone as my youngest sibling.

I have not listened / watched the youtube video with Dolores, but "fracturing" seems an odd word to use.
From my perspective we already live in a Multiverse, and new possibilities are being born all the time, to infinity and beyond. New universes, new selves. Ever becoming ever evolving and changing.

If a Tree grows new leaves, new seeds, that grow more trees, seeds and leaves, at what point did the tree "fracture?"

It just grew and became more of what it was, as did its offshoots, as do we and our personalities and various overselves, probable selves and simultaneous incarnations etc. I'm being nitpicky, but "fracturing" seems an odd choice of word.

I get what youre saying about fracturing.  I think that word just slipped in because the concept of a prism seems to be coming up a lot...
There have been a lot of dreams of separating realities rather than an out growth of one.  I think Dolores wrote about one reality is more military and another more agricultural.

One of the reasons I'm enjoying this forum is to get input.  Many of these concepts are beyond verbage.  :-)  It adds to the understanding of the whole when someone "sees" it from a different perspective.  Besides we are talking about such a radical shift in awareness who really knows whats going on??

It's also so easy to take what someone has written and then not go beyond what they are explaining.  Are there even words for it?  That is my only minor issue with the Abraham/Hicks channeling.  I love Ester!  But often feel that she can only go to the boundaries of her childhood paradigm.   Reincarnation was not a comfortable idea with her and a channel is only as deep as their beliefs.  But what she says is valuable as far as it goes.  While Seth gets to the technical nitty gritty.   :)

I believe that understanding reincarnational relationships helps to understand life at the moment.  I wonder if it was always that way or things are such that these unresolved issues need to be tackled at this point in history before a shift can happen.  ???  I don't know.  The Fundies are waiting for the Dead to rise in the End Times.  Could it mean that as the Veil thins we are more aware of these "dead" lives we are still working through?

In one life I was an Inquisitioner.  I chose it to understand rigid beliefs and the consequences of being self righteous.   I REALLY felt I was doing God's Work.  I learned compassion and guilt.    I have met several people over the years who just can not stand me and I'm really a pretty easy going person so I wonder what I did to them.

I believe that the Seth concepts are practical and needed at this time because of what's being said in this video.  A little bit of David Wilcox goes a long way, but he's done his research and has a True Heart.  I don't dwell on this stuff but listen to enough to get a feel for what's going on.  Other wise I'm totally New Free for now.   I do feel that we are at that Cosmic Fork in the Road and have to make a decision.  Jon Stewart or Bill O'Reilly??

I've been thinking about changing the past and changing probable selves. Its quite interesting.

The idea of value fulfillment comes to me whenever I think about it. How often do probabilites move around without us even being aware.

My sister in law was a talented hair dresser. She married and had kids but the relationship wasn't healthy and she stopped work and was subserviant to her neanderthal husband for many years.

Finally she gained the courage and broke away. All things went her way in the process. Attaining a great job, new home, a payout and a clean break. After a year her boss is hinting at passing the business over to her.

Its like she moved to a different probable destiny many years ago. She was stuck, nothing worked well and since she made her move back to a more fullfilling self, the universe moved in place bery quickly. As if she is catching up to where that old probability would have been if she didn't get married.

So when the greater path is found, everything comes withoit much effort.

Now, why she chose to get married back then is a different topic, and I'm sure there are valid reasons, involving all those that took part in the process.

Some interesting stuff in those Pleiadian series of books. Fun reading.
Think I'll pass on the practice of consuming blood though. A bit wacky for me. Sure it's loaded with good nutrients, but I don't want to risk turning into a vampire for one, it would really cramp my lifestlye in sunny Western Australia.

But a lot of the other stuff is similar to Seth ideas.

As much as I would like to be vegetarian, a rare steak would still tempt me.  Just can't give up bacon. ;D

I have two Australian stories that fit this thread.
My new daughter in law was adopted at birth from Sydney and grew up with the kids of good friends of her folks.  I think about at 10 her American Mormon Folks moved back to the States.  When my DIL was 18 she went back to Perth for vacation.  At a Mormon Social she met some kids her age....the ones from her childhood.  Their family had moved from the East Coast to the West Coast.  And they were good friends with her birth mother who had also moved across country tho no one was aware of the connection.  Her half brother is a  surfer there, Owen Pallier.  My   DIL  is scared of bears, tho has never seen a live one and has many white stuffed toy bears.

Second story.
For over 15 years a Cinnamon Bear has been dogging my dreams.  In one the Bear drags me down a path with little adventures along the way until we get to a window that is slowly closing.  All sorts of creatures, animals and aliens are rushing to go through before it closes.  We go through ourselves and continue down the path.  I turn around and Earth hangs there the size of a dinner plate with the window almost closed upon it.  Along the path are groups of people who have decided not to continue.  The Bear puts me on it's back and I feel the fur in my hands.  At the end of the Path is a big party like the Cantina in Star Wars filled with all sorts of creatures.  They are celebrating reaching the end of the path.
Now the adventures along the way came true.  The only thing I'm waiting for is the Party!

One time I was doing a meditation with a friend.  After a few minutes we both heard heavy footsteps creak the floor.  Then I felt a Mass come behind me and give me a bear hug.  My friends eyes were wide.  She saw the Bear.

Last year I was Hostess at Taberna in Santa Fe http://tabernasf.com/.  I became friends with Sandra,  the Australian pastry chef.  Her Bear Dreams matched mine.  In my heart I totally believe she's the human form of Bear.

Now the DIL  and Sandra are both nurses...from Australia.  This led to a series of Visions of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.  This is just my personal fantasy, but I think Sandra is the Red Bear, DIL is the White and we are waiting for the Black Australian Nurse Bear to show up.  ????  I would not be surprised at all if Nicole Kidman shows up at Taberna for dinner.  :-)  Her mother teaches nursing.

Because my net connection is the City HotSpot and not easy to catch I was multitasking while I waited to get a picture of "The Golden Compass"....I so opened Durango's metaphysical magazine, epicmag.org....it opens right off the bat to an article on "Kids & Power Animals" with a photo of a bear and a reference to Philip Pullman and his "Golden Compass".

So when the greater path is found, everything comes withoit much effort.

That is so true, have seen it in my own life. What a thrill ride it is when things come together like they're were meant to be. The struggles in between make the good times that much more appreciated.

What saddens me at times, though, is seeing how many people never get on the right track and spend the rest of their lives in struggle or misery and never realize it doesn't have to be that way. Victim mentality.

Now, why she chose to get married back then is a different topic,

[Too many times] I relate things to movies I've seen in the past. Some of us never realize why we went through something as the reason doesn't always appear in this lifetime. My mind goes to premise behind The Terminator... but the simplest explanation I always fall back on is that there was a lesson and opportunity for growth for all involved.

Too simplistic? Maybe so, but in my own life I find comfort in knowing that everything happens for a reason. And there are a lot of people who would punch me in the nose for saying that.

Bears, bears, bears. Wow, more great stories and tie-ins. Have you looked up the significance of the bear totem or message bearers to Native Americans?  I'm sure you can find hundreds of pages on the Internet, here's just one of them.

Last Spring and Summer I kept running into coyotes. They are not unheard of in my area (I'm in super-suburbia) but I've been here 16 years and this was my first experience. Suddenly everywhere I went, I came across a coyote. I wrote about it, briefly, here. Too many encounters, always with a  single coyote, to write about so I stopped updating the topic. The encounter distance kept getting smaller. One time I was almost tripped up by one running across my path (it had been startled by another human and large dog).

In the final meeting, I was walking through the field behind my house, knee-deep in grasses and a young coyote followed me, about 40 feet behind. Every time I'd turn around to look, it would sit down on the path. We'd study each other, I'd talk to it then turn around to walk away. A minute later I'd look back and it would stop, sit and watch me. That went on for about 10 minutes. Maybe by that point it had gotten familiar with me, although I swear my meetings were NOT with the same coyote.

A friend who tends to be very intuitive suggested the coyote represented a fear that I'd finally made friends with. I don't know, but after that last episode (maybe 5-6 months ago), I've not seen one coyote.

    Great Coyote story!
It seems as you tweek your life as you go along the Universe responds.   :)
When I lived in Santa Fe I would go past the spot where all the homeless and backpack travelers would hang out.  One time a pretty young guy was sitting in the corner just shaking and crying.  I gave him a hug and a bit of comfort but I knew it sounded insane to tell him to just "Be Happy".   I think maybe it was Abraham/Ester who said all you can do is just BE as an example.    In an odd way I feel blessed that they re-dialed by brain with the drugs as a child.  It's easier for me to see those minute shifts in reality.  It's a pretty big concept to overcome...especially now that people are overwhelmed by media promoting agendas.

I have to add that Sandra AKA Bear is one of the nicest people I have ever met with a wonderful family.  Not who you would even consider woo-woo.  Her husband just came back from 3 weeks in Antarctica and they don't send stupid people there.  LOL  She's celebrating her 50th birthday next week.  A good solid gal....who shares her dreams and visions with me and interprets mine.     :)

I'll just keep on with the stories until you tell me to stop.  LOL

How I got to Santa Fe.
Being raised by Pirates things fall apart easily and I had to leave.  All I had was a tax refund.  No job or car.  Still recovering from Bell's Palsy.  I think it messed up my brain too otherwise I probably would not have made the jump.  But by that time I knew the Universe had my back.  Within less than a week I had a place to stay lined up.  Found a room for rent on Craiglist and my girlfriend drove me down.  This was March.  The January before I had a dream that my new home was on Casa de la Rosa which made no sense.
So I ended up renting a room from Rose   :D , her niece Desi and Joey the Basset Hound they called Little Boy.  The ad did not mention that Rose's twin sister had died the week before and that is why there was a room available.  When I went through my dream journal a while later I realized that I had been dreaming of Rose for at least two years before I met her.  Even the "Little Boy" was in the dreams.

http://www.findinghelen.com/  This is Rose's story and review of her book.  It's a great story of synchronicity.  She had been illegally adopted by Mormon's at birth with her twin which was fairly common then on the Navajo Reservation.  She and her sister ended up living in  Washington, DC going to Embassy Parties and Inaugurations.  She even worked undercover for the FBI.  Now she's big with Toastmasters and has retired to Salt Lake City.

We had some good talks about who would she have been if she had never left the Rez.  Two totally different lives.  Which made me realize how much flexibility we really have if we take it.

Rose coincidently met her birth family when the church sent her to the Rez as a Missionary when she was 30.  One Thanksgiving at Rose's some of her family came for dinner.  Having Thanksgiving with Indians.  Too surreal.  They enjoyed telling her stories to make her a feel part of the family.
One was how Little Deer got her name.  Her father had been hunting deer while his wife was pregnant with their daughter.  He made the mistake of walking in the tracks of the deer he was following and the baby was born with deer sickness.
While this makes no sense to the way I was raised....and I'm sure how I was raised doesn't make a lot of sense to others....but this was their paradigm so it was real to them.

@Blue you may be interested in this post by Barrie Gellis (one of the NY boys) under a topic about simultaneous time. He also goes into changing/affecting our past and it seems related to your question about changing a memory. There may be something for you there.  :)

This "new" past event of 1961--bleeds thru to the waking, conscious Big Deb in 2016 as a sudden memory. And Big Deb, while eating pizza with a friend, says to the friend, "You know, I just remember that when I was 11 years old I got a violin from my parents for my birthday."

What has happened, from the blinking analogy, is that 2016-Deb has blinked back into physical reality--and in the "bubble" of past, present, future--which had usually appeared as continual--there has been a change. This change in the past of the “new” bubble--appears as a sudden memory, or something "I hadn't thought about for a real long time." Then, in all the bubbles to come, he may include this “new” memory as part of an ongoing past memories.

That's awesome, lol. I need to think back over the years and see if I've done the same (freaked) to myself.

I have to say I've intentionally sent a "hello" to my future self, say a year ahead, as an experiment to see if I "get" the message. Sort of a mental message in a bottle? But since reading @barrie's explanation of changing the past, I'm going to start sending the younger Deb some ideas and encouragement. Couldn't hurt. We Sethians are all nuts, aren't we? ;)

The irony is in the same day after reading your post i ended it up with this conversation about Seth with Abraham. The funny thing i searched for something and this specific just poped up.I think this video may answer why abraham is not "technical" ....

    And another one ...

Dolores Cannon has some great UTubes out there on how this planet is shifting and fracturing into parallel Earths.
I find this idea of separating out into parallel earths quite interesting. So there could be one earth dominated by Trump and Putin, and another one where Sethites can enjoy life.

Wow, thanks for all the replies! I've just been pondering this concept again recently... Do you think it's necessary to replay the past events that we would like to change in our minds before changing them, or can we just replace past events with what we wanted to have happen? The event we are intending to change will still change, right? I'm wondering if we sort of have to connect with the original event first before making changes or if we can just go ahead and remember something new in its place without bringing up what happened in the original event in our mind at all. What do you guys think?

Hmmmmm, great question. I'm not even sure how that would work, it's sort of looping in my mind. On one hand I think mentally replaying an event as reinforcing it, but then recently I read that when we replay an event we're really only replaying our most recent MEMORY of the event, which may not be accurate in itself. I suppose an event can be replayed up to the point that you want it to be changed, and then you can give the story a different ending. Or in the case of completely eliminating the event... not sure how to do that at all. Then of course there's the idea that our memory of an event was merely our interpretation of it at the time, based on our perceptions and beliefs at that time, which have (hopefully) changed as we progress. Which is probably why I can go back and look at something nasty that happened to me years and years ago that was 'bad' according to my state of being, at the time, but now my outlook is different and I can see it more objectively. Which takes the sting and significance out of it -- now I only see it as an event that had no effect on my life past that point. Of course I can't speak for any probable selves that resulted from that event. :)

I'm looking forward to hearing what the others have to say.

What I found helpful is to go back to the event and replace your "old" self with the new version.
This is an example.  I haven't had to deal with much physical violence.  But say you were hit a lot as a kid.  Go back as your grown up self and stop the punches In a non-violent way.

A couple months ago I was thinking about how I wish I had a chance to talk to CW again.  Back in my late 20's we were all a part of a group of musicians/artists and CW was the Ringleader because she was just so cute.  We all danced to her tune.
What I wanted was to "redo" my responses.  I feel that by joining the GroupMind I lost myself a bit.

Well, a month later CW showed up at my doorstep in her RV after 20 years out of the blue.  Now she's this sweet, cubby old cat lady (she brought 3 cats with her.  They growled the whole time)
But after a couple days she got back into her Ringleader Mode and I just gave her an updated version of my now response.  She got REALLY pissed and left abruptly.
And I felt as if I got 30% of "ME" back.

Within a very short time I got the job I've had my eye on for 10 years, moved to a bigger apartment, heard from people who I haven't heard from in a long time and my relationships all got deeper.
     :)

Hey, @BethAnne, where'd you go? I watched The Matrix last night. I never get tired of that movie.

Just updating this topic with a quote that came through Facebook. A real mind-twister. I'd like to know what exercises Seth was referring to. I think I have this book but haven't read it. I need to look this up.

"Now. You can change the past, and in doing so change the present and the future. You can change the present, and in doing so change the past and the future. You can change the future, and doing so change the present and the past.

"The exercises in the book Ruburt is reading are excellent. With our added instruction they shall be even better. You will change yourself in the future by vital imagining today. You will put high expectations to work at once in this manner, and project a new image into tomorrow."

Deb, this is another page I found on your site by searching Google for "Barbara Marciniak speakingofseth", but I could not get to it via the site search engine. Now that I have updated the thread, it does appear on the site search engine.

Thanks Sena, I don't know what's up with the site search engine. Maybe when I eventually update the forum software the search engine will be better. In general I tend to use Google over site-specific search engines anyway, Google really keeps track of things.

Deb, it appears that your search engine operates with a time limit, perhaps the last two years. So posts dating from the "distant" past are ignored.

Ha ha, maybe the search engine is "changing the past" too.

There shouldn't be a time limit, maybe I'll put in a support request at Simple Machines and ask. I just did a search on some words in a post from 2014 and the post came up with no problem.

I'll let you know if I learn anything.

Once you view a post (even if it is an old one), it is included in the search! The chicken comes before the egg.
