For one week apply this to your life. Write your beliefs about this and:
1) What this means to you.
2) How it can change your life if you realize it thoroughly - in your own life, in your own world - you are good.
3) And if you are good, if you believe you are good - What changes might you make?
4) How might your attitude be altered?
