Obviously this poor guy needs more sun exposure, and more physical exercise, ... I wouldn't see such an MD.
======
EDIT: Surely, after all those vaccines and boosters, more strenuous physical exercise isn't recommended because of the elevated risk of myocarditis.
At the risk of being labeled, I agree.
BTW being a Dispenza/Lipton/Seth/Weston Price kinda person, I have a lot of faith in my body's ability to self-maintain and heal. There's been some talk about multi-vaxed people shedding spike proteins and causing problems for others. I'm not concerned about that for myself, but I find it interesting.
I remember Seth talking early on (NoPR? NoME?) about how the side effects from pharmaceuticals are the body's attempt to reject a foreign substance and that the body is more receptive to natural treatments. I can find the quote if need be.
@Deb"No PR", "No ME" ... Out of context, those acronyms could mean "no bull", "no self-centeredness", which I like :)
Regarding the
"body's ability to self-maintain and heal", I look from the perspective of my subconscious' continuously re-creating my body according to my beliefs and expectations, modulated by my emotions; ergo, its condition.
Pppptttthhhh
;D
Yep I agree
PLUS I love to breathe fresh air not my own recycled breath lol
Gross!
I change for me. Nobody else.
