Thanks for adding this. I only listened for a few minutes and then just had to search for "what is the Sedona method." I've heard of it but never looked into it before. It's interesting, seems to have a lot of support and good reviews. Basically a different approach to looking inside, at one's beliefs, thoughts, emotions. Clean and simple. I'll finish watching the video tomorrow.
