Some of those people had the amazing chance to attend those classes, to ask Seth questions, and they wasted that opportunity because they didn't know better.

No wonder Seth was badly graded for his results ... ("come back on another plane")

Quote"... Any true evolution of your species as such is dependent on evolution of consciousness and spirituality. If your world is overpopulated, you can reduce yourselves to a state of consciousness that existed, in your terms, eons ago from which you would then again have to learn to emerge. Only certain persons are tempted to return when the world is over-populated. They are not stable. They are persons who returned too soon. They are then already erratic.

Now this situation did not simply arise. You brought it upon yourselves to teach yourselves a lesson. You brought it upon yourselves to bring yourselves to a new step of spiritual and psychic evolution. You had to realize that a certain amount of spirituality was necessary if the inner psychic self would grow. ..."

I find this quote quite interesting. It basically states that "overpopulation" is an indication of less evolved personalities, not stable, that returned too soon, erratic. The others avoid overpopulation as it impedes evolution of consciousness.

If Seth says this about an overpopulated world, it could be extended to overpopulated geographical areas, as countries, cities, neighborhoods, condominiums, large families, ... isn't it?

I don't know if it could be extended like that, he's talking about the load on the planet I think. But is he saying that the earth is over populated now and that we, all of us are inherently unstable because we have chosen to incarnate here now?

There are only 11 results. A quick browsing of the results yields some interesting information.

For example:
  • "Now give us a moment, for overpopulated Chicago."
    —TES9 Session 484 May 26, 1969

I dug in it, and although there was no continuation on that statement, the first part of that session talked more about overpopulation. Seth's reference to Chicago might've been related to events that took place there at the time. This is from session #452, Dec. 2 1968:

Quote(Today the newspaper carried the story of the violence attending the
Democratic presidential convention in Chicago in August, 1968, telling of the
many clashes between police and various groups of demonstrators; and a
guilty verdict re police behavior was rendered by an investigative
commission. Jane and I had discussed the report at the supper table.)

This topic has been tossed around in a few Seth arenas. Even here. Such as https://speakingofseth.com/index.php/topic=1549

It's a subject that has always been a little confusing for me. Seth talks about how some souls just want to experience time in the womb and so choose to end their "lives" one way or another once that phase is done. He also talks about how people cannot really kill because death is not real, but it's the intention to kill that's the problem. He talks about violations... overpopulation being one, and harming another being even in self-defense, is also one. I haven't yet seen him go into detail as to the ramifications of violations. Maybe none, really, since there is no karma in action, only the need for the entity to experience every aspect of existence.

I've known some women that use abortion as a birth control method, having had many abortions, which I imagine would be taxing for the body not to mention suffering a physically grueling procedure. They don't see an embryo or fetus as being a living being, so do not really intend to "kill." They merely feel they are removing an unwanted inconvenience.

Quote from: ECS2 on June 22, 2022, 06:02:28 PMIf you believe that abortion is evil and have one—it will be an evil. It is not basically evil, but that makes little difference to you if you believe that it is.

That entire first quote from ESC2 is very informative. As typical, no judgment from Seth's perspective.

I think, as usual, it all comes down to beliefs, perceptions and intent. While in the material world, particularly with today's event, people (in the US especially) are taking sides and reacting strongly. Without the benefit afforded to us of Seth's objectivity.

I think that today's ruling isn't about abortion, but about how democracy is applied. Surely, the talking heads will try to mislead, and the masses will oblige.

My interpretation on the ruling is that the US Constitution says that our states have the power to make their own laws, rather than the federal government dictating or mandating. With the S Court returning the abortion decision to the states, that means citizens have the power to control their state laws by voting. Democracy at work.

I'm amazed how many people don't know what's in our Constitution.

I'm sure that most people have no clue what are the current abortion laws around the world, and in the US. They are much less permissive than people assume:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abortion_law
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abortion_in_the_United_States

(Nobody can accuse wikipedia of not being liberal)

Also, they have no clue about how the Americans have seen abortion over the last 50 years, or the two parties position on abortion:

US has a population of about 335 millions, quite heterogeneous, which means that almost any kind of majority's wish enforcement would oppress a large number of people. At this level, a direct democracy can't work. That's why US is a constitutional republic. That's why in the Senate and in the House, states have a different kind of representation.

I agree with all of the above.

BTW a weird coincidence... I watched most of the video, I don't agree with all he said but that's okay. But... an acquaintance today also sent me a video of this same guy on a different topic. Now, I've never heard of him before and suddenly I get two links to his videos.

He's a Brit, and seems to be focused on what's going on in America. There's also an Australian news source that appears to be very focused on what's going on the US. I find that very curious. Yet, I have friends in Austria that have no news as to what's going on here.

I need to think about this.

Russel Brand is a British actor. I occasionally browse his latest videos, because he usually comments on significant news and events that are ignored by the establishment media; he isn't focused on US, but comments on it too. I believe he is a disillusioned liberal. He's intelligent, personable, but a little too theatrical for my taste. I watch him more for information, less for his interpretations.

Maybe this synchronicity / coincidence is meant to raise in you the will / need to get into the habit of more regularly interpreting the symbolism of the events you experience, directly and indirectly, and learn from that. Everything we perceive has multi-layered symbolism, having deeper and deeper interpretations. If you're already doing that, you know what I mean.
