Another way of absorbing a book

Yesterday was looking at 2010 session from Crimson Circle with Adamus Saint Germain and he shared this stuff...

"ADAMUS: Let's call it "Preacher/Teacher tapes." Preacher/Teacher tapes. Going
on and on – "You're doomed to hell for an eternity." That's a long time for doing
something. Or your teacher constantly on you, telling you you have to work harder,
study harder. Studying doesn't get you ... you know the best way to study? Put the
book down on the floor and sit on it. Breathe. Breathe, and you're going to absorb
the information. (laugher) And not through your brain, but through your energetic
being. You're going to absorb it, and you're going to get the essence of it. If they
give you a test an hour later, are you going to be able to fill in the intellectual
answers? No, but you're going to have the essence."

I tested it now at work by putting a book from Orin named "Creating Money" channeled by Sanaya Roman
It really change in a couple of minutes the relationship between me and the book.I have a different attitude to the book after sitting on it...
