The Spontaneously Naked Class

This "event" came up not long ago when I was proofreading Leonard Yaudes's interview. He was a downstairs neighbor of Jane and Rob, and was good friends with them. He's the neighbor for whom Jane made her A Little Book to Leonard.

Jane had asked Leonard if he'd had counseling while on vacation because his demeanor was different, "unlocked" as she worded it, totally relaxed. His response:

And I said, "Well, Jane, the only thing I did," I said, "I met a lot of interesting people and some good conversation. But," I said, "it was at the nudist beach." Well, that was like putting a lightbulb on. "Tell me all about it." So then she said, "If it did that much good for you," she said, "I'm going to experiment with it with my group." I said, "Oh, Jane, I wouldn't do that." I said, "It's not natural in the middle of winter with snow outside to run around nude in the house." She said, "No," she said, "I think it's expressing more freedom and just -" well, she went on. I said, "Okay, well, who am I to boss you?" I said. But it didn't work. I mean it just didn't work. And that's the only thing I know that she tried that didn't succeed. And maybe it did with the smaller group? I never pursued it. Maybe when she had special friends in. I'll have to ask Peg Gallagher someday because they were very close friends, too. She had wonderful friends. They were all bright."

Leonard had planted the seed in Jane's mind. Apparently she waited until the weather warmed up bit. Here's an accounting from Conversations with Seth (Book 1), "Chapter 9: The Naked and the Dread: Or How We Took Off Our Clothes and Put on the Opposite Sex"  by Susan M. Watkins, Illustrations by George Rhoads. Rick Stack sells the recording of the following "discussion" class on CD #37 of the Seth Audio. I feel Sue's book is really, really good and is worth reading. She gives a first-hand accounting of "being there" and also some Seth material that is not found in other books.

I remember sleeping nude when married and oh how my kids stopped going into the bedroom to ask us questions in the mornings lmao

I like being in pajamas though now at night bc this house is antartic cold at night! Plus sometimes I feel comforted by the feel of soft comfy material!

I cant help but wonder if my skin would prefer to see ? Like I put blinders on my flesh so it cant see whats going on?

Clothes are a law lol

Well, in most places.

I've partaken at a few (meaning very few) nude beaches around the world, and my comfort level was proportional to the mindset of others around me. Meaning, there are places where being nude is unremarkable, but some (ok, American male  ) tourists can be sophomoric. Of course I was much younger then and had nothing physically to be ashamed about, which is also subjective and societal unless a person can ignore that sort of thing.

I thought the naked class thing was hysterical. I love Sue Watkins, I wish I could have met her. She was a kick in the pants, as was Jane.

Aside from how funny that class was, I think it provided a lot of food for reflection.
