Hi all,

I just finished this book.  It got a lot of great reviews on Amazon and was on sale for <$2.00 on Kindle, so I got it.  It was interesting in some ways, I guess.  It was a little dry and did a lot of quoting from all sorts of studies.  It took a while to get going, but it did end up getting to the idea that we create our own reality.  It's very focused on meditation and various frequencies of brain waves and I'm not sure about any of that.  I meditate daily, but usually just end up getting frustrated at my apparent inability to really quiet my chattering mind.

If I had to rate it, I'd give it three stars.  It was interesting in some places, and very dry in others.

Just wondering if anyone else here has read this or anything else by this author and what you all think.
