This has helped me understand where I am a bit and what has been going on with me lately - feeling a bit stuck and not making as much progress as I'd like. I didn't know there were stages to this. Thought I would post it because probably there are quite a few people on SOS who are in this process.

That's quite interesting. And I thought I just didn't get anything done what should be done knowing all these facts from the Seth material. Hmm well ok, it feels like I have only read one page of a book from Seth and understood maybe a half of it. Like a puzzle laid out and I am sorting through the frame to get started.

I have not watched it yet but... I think you are doing just fine. There is no need to doubt your integrity

And

Processing and reading is doing the work.

Processing this information will accomplish much.

The belief work and other mental exercising is part also. But

We process and gently move forward.

@strangerthings

Thank you for your opinion. Hmm well I already recognized that I doubt myself in many situations lately. Although I know that it was not always the case....

"We process and gently move forward."

This is a key sentence for me.
Thank you very much!!!

And of course I keep reading and - hopefully - processing ☺️

We are each a god in training.

In the classes Rick offers and in his public videos / interviews, he suggests reading at least a session a day.

No need to overwhelm ourselves.

Sometimes we immerse. Nothing wrong with that. :)
