You need nothing else: no great studies, no complicated rituals, no supplications to a God who is always seen as an impartial but intransigent judge, constantly weighting each of your actions. We have already pointed out that the yardstick, or to say it better, the verification of your activities, is much more flexible in Our dimension. You are accustomed to interpreting facts with intransigence and the rigour so characteristic of people with narrow minds, while here things are always seen with great magnanimity, taking into account all of the suffering brought about by your wrong choices in the course of your lives. So, avoid behaving well only through fear of eventual punishment, and begin instead to love good, as an indispensable instrument for your progress and guarantee of a future, so glorious that, compared to it, the glory of a very powerful king would be a very paltry thing indeed.

When you help and work without complaining or boasting about what you have done, when you act out of instinct and with an innate attraction for doing good, your level of spiritual maturity rises enormously and We sing hymns of praise for your soul. The progress that ensues is always so significant that the person will find himself gratified also on the material level and will receive un-hoped for gifts, professional advancement and the spontaneous resolution of his financial problems. I understand that financial considerations are a constant worry for you to the point that they make you forget your primary goals. But if you only had the slightest idea of the benefits you will obtain, also on the material level, you would be ready to do what it takes to progress more quickly, fulfilling your spiritual "duties". This concept of giving and receiving was very clear to your forefathers and they had no difficulty in putting this rule into
