Who can check current operability of mentions feature ?

and, after a short delay, confirm here
     by posting the corresponding global quote
        of your post with the original mention.

Mentions appears to be working well on SoS, I tested it myself months ago.

I did not get new notices of the old mentions, I no longer use the Mod because the new version of SMF made Mentions a built-in feature. I still do not get emails for Mentions, I don't get emails for many things, I think due to my ISP filters. But when I log in, I see them in Alerts. I understand the latest patch for SMF 2.1 fixes the Mentions problem. I just need to do a large upgrade to the legit 2.1 and then run the patch. Hopefully that will fix it. Regardless, it's not used very much here.

BTW how is your mother? I think about her often. A very sweet lady.

You have the same permissions that all members have. I had moved your request to the temporary board for troubleshooting the install of SMF2.1 RC4 as it did not belong on the (Seth) Favorite Quotes board. I've just moved your March 2 and your November 19 global quoting topics here to Miscellaneous.

The test board was retired because it became obsolete. I promise you that Kindred did read your global quoting request. I was the one who replied to that topic, and then changed my mind and deleted it. It's been restored. It was to tell you that you need to post your requests for Simple Machines software modifications to Simple Machines Community Support and not here. This is a Jane Roberts/Seth forum, not a support forum for Simple Machines.

Banning of humans
in accompany with the notification "This ban is not set to expire."
is irreversible for humans.
Additionally, smf software (seems) does not send notifications of unbanning.
It is another original request for @Kindred
at the forum not sending notifications of unbanning.
