Physicist Max K. E. L. Planck, who won the Nobel Prize in 1918 for the formulation of the quantum theory, once observed,
"A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die and a new generation grows up that's familiar with it."

Although I don't always write it explicitly, it should be inferred that everything I post is "my belief", "my opinion" on that subject, at that moment.

Yep he's not the only one who has said that science only progresses when old scientists die.
