1st question: there are two favourites and the one with the analogy of the Poker Game and the other one is General Exercises.
2st question: found them intersting ...Not sure how many read Law of One here and those were excerpts from all over the Law of One material.There are 5 books.Maybe those can act like a preview.

Thank you, I will check those out. I've heard of Law of One before, have visited the web site, maybe because you have mentioned it. Or maybe others on this forum. While I'm still considering Seth as my basis for information, I keep my mind open to more.

The "General exercises" keyed very deeply to feel i am a creator and to see others as creators and not anymore as humans.This specific method worked for me.Others didn't, even with repeating.For example this "Exercise Three. Gaze within a mirror. See the Creator." made me cry instantly..

Also i've done this exercise in a mall or in the street

"Exercise Two. The universe is one being. When a mind/body/spirit complex views another mind/body/spirit complex, see the Creator. This is an helpful exercise."

I just mark every person i met with "Creator" and it shifted me.I felt different when i was doing a mere walking on earth.Also the fear of humanity and unknown begun to disolve.It makes you not see others as humans anymore.Replacing words person / human with "Creator" ....

"mind/body/spirit complex" means "person" in RA terminology
