Wow that worksheet helped out so much! Sometimes I forget and trap myself. Like being in the eye of a hurricane all calm but the storm rages all around you. The village rears its head and the prosecuting attorney within can be so relentless!

I had a comical part show up saying "I could write a book about 'What to expect when youre expecting' "
(yes its a female book about pregnancy)

I am pregnant yes? Pregnant with LIFE!

Becoming my own best friend.

You know, I have held a particular space for this person for 30 years. And yet I expected this person to not react in certain ways or say certain things in certain ways 'out of the blue'. Why cant he this why cant he just that. Why does he choose to this that and the other.

Well my dear you have held this space for 3 decades and all of a sudden you are expecting what?

We are all in a state. And the person I have been most upset with is not him! It is me. mememememe

hahaha

Taking your power back is a state of becoming imho. Falling in love with yourself is a process. And priceless!

OK, that was great. I had one meme that helped me through my divorce and I wasn't going to share because I didn't want to take away from your deeper and thoughtful inspiring ones. Until I read the last one by Eleanor Roosevelt. You go girl! This has gotten me through a lot of stuff.

BTW congrats on the no-smoking anniversary!

@strangerthings , I wonder whether we should take a Sethian view of history?

"As the present life of any individual rises from hidden dimensions beyond those easily accessible in physical terms, and as it draws its energy and power to act from unconscious sources, so does the present physical universe as you know it rise from other dimensions. So does it have its source, and derive its energy from deeper realities. History, as you know it, represents but one single light upon which you focus. You interpret the events that you see therein, and you project upon its glimmer your interpretation of events that may occur. So entranced is your concentration, that when you wonder about the nature of reality you automatically confine your question to this one small flickering moment that you call physical reality. When you ponder upon the aspects of God, you unthinkingly speak of the creator of that one light. That light is unique, and if you truly understood what it was, you would indeed understand the nature of true reality.

History, as you think of it, represents but one thin line of probabilities, in which you are presently immersed. It does not represent the entire lifetime of your species or the catalogue of physical activities, or begin to tell the story of physical creatures, their civilizations, wars, joys, technologies, or triumphs. Reality is far more diverse, far richer and unutterable than you can presently suppose or comprehend. Evolution, as you think of it and as it is categorized by your scientists, represents but one probable line of evolution, the one in which, again, you are presently immersed. (9:35.) There are, therefore, many other equally valid, equally real evolutionary developments that have occurred and are occurring and will occur, all within other probable systems of physical reality. The diverse, endless possibilities of development possible could never appear within one slender framework of reality." I love that quote and I love that Seth teaches this. That history is not a solidified stone. The power to change ones personal history is incredibly empowering. I have forgiven myself and this man for so much. It was harder for me to change history or beliefs while being with this person. The more love I had the more resistance I encountered. He had a background much like mine. One might think that would be helpful in the friendly department but that is not so for us.

It is good we are separated. Beneficial for me and constructive for me. I have changed my perspective about a lot of it ... there are a few things I have a very very very hard time with though. And then there are the affairs. Had nothing to do with me, but I did not know that back then. I shamed myself and everything else. I was not good enough etc etc. What more could "I" do? All of that insanity ensued.

It had nothing to do with me. Man that was a weight lifted - a huge boulder! When I cleaned out my mental closet though.... of a lot of baggage, from childhood and upward... whatever was not holding the matching energy pattern simply could not stay. It was quite something. I literally felt myself enter into a completely different reality.

I can clearly remember sitting on the edge of the bed putting my shoes on and he walked in and I felt the change. I had dejavu for days and days. It was so interesting to feel and be a part of! I could literally witness a new husband!  It would last for short periods of time but then to hold it and maintain it I realized I had my work cut out for me.

I was actually exhausted from it!  I knew what it took to arrive at this point and I became unwilling to keep going many times. lol

And in one of the attempts, he decided to start doing drugs ugh ... and have actual affairs. It was heartbreaking.

I finally understood I COULD do this but I had run out of steam to further it along. He too in my eyes, had work to do. What is so very interesting about it all is that from the moment I began changing my beliefs and cleaning out my psyche closet, aside from the events that took place because of the changes within me, was that every dream I had about him were like these wonderful man dreams. So I knew I was doing the work and changing.

One time I had this experience because there is no way it was a dream it was more real than any of this in this place....was I met him -- the real him. The soul him. I met and drove around in a convertible with him and he showed me all these great wonderful things and we had the best time in my life (with him) and we talked so wonderfully about all sorts of things and he told me to let him go as it was the best thing for me to do and for him.

Man talk about a mindf**k! LOL

That experience .... I was baffled! The me in the dream was understanding all of it and accepting and and and ...but this me the ego me .... not so!

His hair was so long like way longer than mine! He also shined like an energy I had never known in the physical world. He had the same energy as my spiritual experiences do in the 'dream' state.  I type 'dream' state because they are not dreams. I am really there and I am really there. haha

I was told to sever the bond.

That took me years to do. I didnt want to. 35 years is a lot to throw away!

Anyway I did finally sever the contract. I wont get into all of that LOL

Changing your personal history changes your history of your reality as you know it. Or have known it. Is it worth it? YES YES YES YES YES YES YES

Letting go is not an easy thing to do and the work we do is not always fun pleasant or easy. It really is as difficult as you make it BUT being so into OLC ... coming out of it is like ungluing yourself from the tar pits! LOL

I also have been honored to be shown probable realities where we are just fine. Some of those were in the dream state as I have mentioned. Some of those dreams were actually me witnessing me ... having a great life with him. But I had not gone through all the things I have experienced from this life. She is missing out! lol har har har Im kidding.

We truly are multi-dimensional hands down. No way around it for me. So I know now, that there is a life out there besides just mine. I enjoy connecting to my other selves that have branched off into different directions. One of them inspired me to start painting!

One of those lives has it way rougher than I ever did and I have lifted up her dream and send her so much love. I have yet to have an update but I believe she is doing so much better!!! If there are others that are in a much more stressful life than that one was ... I am not shown them probably because it would freak me out. That one was good enough for me. I send much love to them every time I think about them.

I sometimes wonder if they feel a massive surge of energy and wonder where it comes from -- cuz baby that is me !

ZBS has a saying inside one of the stories that (paraphrasing) 'we are here not to learn history but to understand the now.' Something like that.

All those time travel shows that clearly say 'you cant change the past' -- I would like to say they are completely missing out! You definitely can change the past!

You can rewrite history!
And SOMETIMES -- it is better to let go and live!

St, I think you are aware of the recent change in my life. Not a decision to be taken lightly, but sometimes it needs to be done.

Yes. It could not have been easy (from my point of view). I truly wish you so much joy and strength! Thankfully we have technology and the dream state.

We never *have* to do anything. But..... if I want to go from point A to point B - certain steps have to be taken so that I do not hold resentment or eat myself up.

I call them birthing pains. teehee
